How It Works
Once you’ve placed an order you will receive a notification via email letting you know we have received this. When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be confirmed by email. As a guide, we aim to get your order packed as quickly as we can. We are a small team so thank you for your patience.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Plouf does not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs and expectations. Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Notify us as soon as possible if you have received a damaged product. You can reach out to our customer support team at hello@weareplouf.com with the subject line "Damaged Product - [Your Order Number]"
Provide Information: In your email, please include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear, high-quality photos of the damaged product and its packaging. This will help us quickly assess the issue and process your request.
Refund or Replacement: After reviewing your claim, if the damage is confirmed, we will offer you the choice of a refund or a replacement of the damaged item. Please allow 5 days for us to complete this process.
